PC Showing Black Screen/White screen with buzzing sound

Hello,

I just bought a GTX 650 2GB a few months ago and it worked fine.One day it showed a black screen with a buzzing sound coming from the PC.I was very scared so I turned off my PC.The next day it worked fine again.But this month it is happening so much time.The PC crashes while playing games and even sometimes on desktop.I have been troubleshooting this for days and everything I did didn't work.My thought was that its a problem with the PSU but im not an expert in Computer Hardware so please help it will be appreciated.

My PC Specs:

PC Model:Dell Vostro 430

GPU: Gigabyte Geforce GTX 650 2GB

CPU:Intel Core I5 750 2.74GHZ

Ram:8GB DDR3 1333MHZ

Power Supply:PS-6351-2 350Watts

Things I have tried:

Runned Memory Test and No errors

I used my friend's GPU which was a Quadro 600 and it worked perfectly fine

If my hard disk was the problem then it would have also crashed with the Quadro 600

Reinstalled my GPU drivers using DDU

Games I play:

Grand Theft Auto V

Call Of Duty Ghosts

Minecraft

Free Fire(On Gameloop)

I have noticed something that when I higher my game settings it crashes.

Please someone help I don't want to buy a new GPU again....
