Need a parts list for new build

Shauna

Budget (including currency):

Country: 1500-2000 USD

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Bethesda games, cod, pubg, any newer strategic games, lots of streaming, 4k movies

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

starting from scratch but dont need monitors. Would prefer liquid cooling

GPU prices aren’t going to fall. All electronics, esp computer parts are fixing to just get worse here in America.

Wait until gpu prices fall to earth.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.

$1500 yo $2000 isn't budget at all.... Start around ~$500. How about this?

I dont want a low budget computer. Def sticking to higher end gaming for a reasonable price.
