I had a syma 8xc, it was around £70 I think, so way under budget, but it was awesome and resiliant. It was also strong enough to carry my gopro.

Dont forget to save some budget for extra/decent batteries

I was thinking maybe the Ruko F11Gim. Its 40 dollars off on amazon right now. Maybe on black Friday it will be even cheaper.

I was looking at the Dji mini 2. I might consider it if it goes on sale at some point.

Your budget is a little bit too low for a good drone, but I'm sure we can find something. At first I had a pretty cheap drone too. I couldn't do much with it as I was afraid it would break or something, haha. I got it second-hand at the price of 100$, but I'm not complaining. Until I started making good money with the pictures I took, that drone was perfect. I'd say you should take a look here and choose what you like https://graydonschwartz.com this is where I buy drones from and they are pretty good!

Thanks! After a lot of research I decided to pull the trigger on the mavic mini for 319 on the dji refurbished store. Its arriving on Tuesday and I can't wait to see how it stacks up against the other cheaper drones I have returned. Thanks again for taking the time to replyl
