That's pretty good, might want to add some more info on why this is a "good option"

Graphics card options are terrible right now so the price for 1050ti at 150-200$ is awful! 1050ti is also one of the most counterfeited cards so it's hard to find a real one without paying extra.

Find a GTX970 for $150 is also possible if you want to run sata to 6pin pci and have a PSU over 450W

The i5 is likely the 3570 which will be good enough for most people just wanting a computer and some esports titles/older titles but don't expect to do any 2018+ AAA games with it.

120$ Dell workstation - better PSU with a 6pin, Xoen quad core similar to the 3570, same 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD

$160 GTX970 - better performance than 1050ti without worrying about counterfeits and easily plays 1080p med/low on current AAA games

$40 Samsung 860 Evo 250GB SSD - New SSD is always preferred to used if the price works.

$320 overall and should have better performance overall compared to the "home computer" Optiplex versions.

at the $400 mark a Dell T3600 for $250 should be the go to with an E5-1620, most of these have 120GB SSD and 1TB HDD, 16GB of RAM.

adding the 970 would end up $10 over budget but if you find a $150 970 you're golden.

The best gaming PC is the PC you like to game on, how you like to game on it
