Antivirus scan via USB

Hello! 

 

Im starting my own small size computer repairs business. Im mainly gonna focus on the hardware side of things but I was thinking of offering a antivirus scan as a bonus or separate service. Not sure yet!

 

The question is: What is the best option to do virus scan to someones pc? Is there a way that I can install an virus scanner app to USB flash drive. Stick it in customers computer. Run the virus scan and delete anything unwanted. Take the USB flash drive out and be done with it. Is this possible or even a good way to do this?

Easiest way to do that is to have a OTG Windows installed on a USB drive with anti virus. I have Hirens Boot CD on a USB drive and it has two AV's installed in it, its amazing for what it is.

Ok! Thank you. If that's the easiest way. I read your post and I think that I understand most of the words. OTG Windows? two AV's?

If you can, is it possible to elaborate a bit? :)
