Wooow.. Never in my life seen so many partitions on a single drive lol.
I take it the drive in question is disk 0? Do you have any data on it?
Once you moved any data from all those partitions right click them one by one and remove partitions until its only unallocated space. When done you just create a new simple volume, Windows should assing a drive letter on it's own but if it doesn't just right click your newly made partition and make a drive letter from the menu.
