I have a MSI gaming plus x470 mobo with a Ryzen 3600 CPU and a Seagate barracuda 250gb m.2 I also have 2x16gb crucial ballistic RAM. No GPU yet. Cooler master 650W bronze certified PSU. First boot has no display. Any advise please...

you wont get any display. The CPU has no GPU on it. You will need to have a dedicated GPU to get any display/post on it.

What you can do is let it try to boot. I tried to look in your manual to make sure, but it looks like these are your Debug LEDs. Should say something like CPU, MEM, VGA. If it hangs up and the VGA light stays on, the only issue is a missing GPU.
