Rx 580 8gb Red dragon loud

I have a red dragon 580 but the cooler is very loud. I have been trying to find a replacement cooler for it but not having any luck. Have any ideas?

Has it always been loud or has it just begun? If so the thermal paste may have dried out and require to be repasted.

 

Does it have the latest divers and control software? Is it possible to tweak the fan curves to make it quieter?

 

If you are looking of a replacement cooler the NZXT Kraken G12 may help and is compatible with most AMD/ NVidia cards, however could be a bit overkill.
