My brothers pc was working but now it will not go to Windows and it is in a power cycle...

Disrxpt.

So I built a pc for my brother and it worked at first. But then we downloaded and setup windows and I was installing drivers for it and then I installed the Intel Rapid Storage Tech Driver. After this I restarted the pc and it was in a power cycle of turning on and off over and over again immediately after it turns on. I think it may be a RAM or power supply issue. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

It turns off on and off immediately  as I turn it on, let me know if you need any more information. Also, I just found out that there's EZ debug led's and the pattern of them that is: CPU led on, then it goes passed that, then goes the DRAM, and it stays on that for like 5 seconds and then goes back to the CPU led for 1 second then turns off.
