Games crashing after enabling xmp

I have the latest bios for my motherboard the https://www.gigabyte.com/us/Motherboard/GA-AB350M-DS3H-rev-1x/support#support-dl-driver and I have tried enabling xmp the ram I have is the brand xpg and is rated for 3200 mhz I started with having it at 3000 mhz from the stock 2666 before and now all my games crash? IS there anything I can do or is there a reason it's not working so far it seems stable on just web stuff as I'm on it right now but once I open a game it crashes in about a couple minutes. I have the ryzen 5 3600 and it should be able to handle 3200 mhz

What voltage does XMP set the ram to? If it's setting it below 1.35 V, disable XMP and try manually setting the ram to 1.35 v and 3200 mhz.

I mostly speak from my own past experience from similar problems. My solution may not work for you, but I'll always try my best to help as much as I can. If you want me to see your reply, make sure to quote my comment or mention me @WaggishOhio383, and I'll get back to you as soon as possible.
