SOS My SSD (nvme) is no longer detected

I downloaded and was updating Battlefield 3 from steam when I got up to go make some food. I come back and to my surprise I'm in my BIOS with my SSD not being recognized. This had happened the evening before, and was remedied by simply shutting down and rebooting. In that instance, I was doing some homework which basically required me to go into my BIOS and take note of options/available info and once I had taken some pictures I went to exit and wasn't able to.

 

My SSD is not SATA and it does show up in the NVMe controller list but that is all.  Windows 10 is my OS
