Custom gadget skin has no effect in windows 7

"i'm the outadate type of guy"

So i made a custom gadget skin for the CPU meter

gadget

In photoshop. So i swapped the old for the new one

i made.

renaming the old ones to backup.

So when i launch it. 

It did not update still the default

skin.. Tried force closing sidebar.exe

And no success. Also to rename the 

old images i edited the permissions...
