Strange CPU Freq. Dips on 5600x/B550-F After BIOS Update

Was having the weirdest issues involving Netflix/Hulu/Amazon Video (DHCP content in general it seems) auto-restarting my PC, which I was able to fix by updating the BIOS on my ASUS B550-F Gaming (non WiFi) from version 1004 to 1202. After re-enabling XMP and whatnot I ran 3dmark to see if I would score similarly to before and ended up getting a similar score (expected), but found it weird that my cpu frequency now has strange dips even while under load. Any idea what the cause of this is? Maybe a new (stranger) boost algorithm via new BIOS? Thermals don't seem to be an issue. Will test in-game to see if this matters at all, still bugs me though lol. Screenshots below, thanks!

Do you mean Version 1202? I don't see a BIOS revision 2102 listed for that board?
