don't know were 2 cables go

I think you're looking at two cables that plug into each other:

The fans (the "D-RGB product" in the sentence above) connects to the cable and then it can connect to your motherboard's 5v 4 pin RGB connector (if available).

So these 2 cables I don't know what to do with them.

I have looked in my manuals but I can't find nothing about those.

 

The case I use is the Phanteks p500a.

I think you're looking at two cables that plug into each other:

I'm assuming you bought the P500A Digital version of the case.

It already has a built-in RGB light control.

There should be a wire / cable that you can hook the fans up to, as per the user manual.

If you want to instead use the RGB header on your motherboard, you'll need an adapter cable, which you can buy separately.

You can also daisy chain MORE Phanteks D-RGB products together (e.g. their D-RGB fans, LED strips) so... that might be another loose end for that.
