Microcenter specifically, no.. but you can use this which will tell you when its in stock anywhere. https://www.nowinstock.net/computers/videocards/nvidia/rtx3070/

im trying to get my hands on a 3070 founders edition and i dont know of any sites that tell you when stuff gets restocked

Just favorite the link to the RTX 3070 at Micro Center and keep it in your bookmark toolbar. Otherwise, you have to keep checking back on Micro Center as there is no other way to see if it is in stock or not.

My friend got one at microcenter by just popping in and just asking. One day they got a shipment in so he got on a waiting list for the day since they were getting a shipment in that day.
