Retroarch Android Speed Up Control

I use Retroarch on my phone to play pokemon games so Game Boy Advance and DS emulation when I speed up the game is way to fast and I can't control it so I was wondering if there was a way to speed up to exactly 2x speed not faster?

Go into settings and scroll down to the Frame Throttle tab. Then go to Fast-Forward Rate and change it to 2.0x
