This is better suited for a status update...
But you might want to get a larger HDD - 1-2 TB or so.

And not to mention that new 7200 RPM hard drives,with new designs are significantly faster.

My TOSHIBA P300 does 90-110 mb/s

While my older Western Digital EZEX does 80 mb/s
