PC not booting - blackscreen, RAM RGB not working

Hi, 

I just recently build a new PC. It worked alright almost a month. But today, I was just searching on Google (no performance load) and PC just crashed. When i booted it again, i got blackscreen. Also my RAM RGB Is not working properly (only leds on one ram are working). Fans, MOBO RGB works, fans spin, but there Is just blackscreen. Idk how to get my PC working. Can someone help me out with this?

PC specs:

-ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING II (latest BIOS)

-AMD Ryzen 5 3600 @4,2 GHz

-HyperX FURY DDR4 2x8 Gb 3600 MHz

-Gigabyte windforce GTX 1060 3 Gb

-1x Samsung Evo 840 240 Gb SSD

-1x Seagate Barracuda 2T

-PSU: SilentiumPC Vero M3 600W

Possibly dead ram slots or dead board. But most likely just need a new board. I've had this happen before. Just get a b550 or an aurous board they have least issues.
