Max Memory Speed on Motherboard

So, I am buying the Gigabyte Aorus B550m pro motherboard. In the website, the specifications for the supported ram is up to 3200mhz, and anything above has an "O.C" in brackets besides it (see pic). Can I still use a 3600mhz kit and be fine? Or do I have to overclock my ram and not guaranteed to get 3600mhz even on a 3600mhz kit?image.thumb.png.4e5475e2fcd371ade5665b149cc11c8b.png

You aren't guaranteed any speeds beyond stock. XMP seems to cause more issues than it solves, so fair warning on that.

NOTE: I no longer frequent this site. If you really need help, PM/DM me and my e.mail will alert me.
