Where to buy a 10 Gigabit Ethernet Card in Canada

I want to upgrade my whole LAN to 10 GbE but I can't find any. 

Anyone have links to good affordable cards (under 200$ if possible)?

what 10g standard? There is a good amount of 10g ethernet standards?
