No, absolutely not. 

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Perhaps you can find some help here.

I recommend about 650 rated Watts and do not cheap out on the PSU.

The 5600X and 3060Ti are a great combo, as is the 3070 with it.

 

Depends on what you shoot for in resolution and games.

A Ryzen R5 5600X would be a great CPU for many modern GPU, and that includes flagship cards imo. Even compared to my R9 3900X, it has faster IPC and is better at games, and I have my 3900X paired with one of AMD's best GPU (for now), a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6900 XT. I'd probably see higher framerate with a 5600X, but I don't see the need to step up to a Ryzen 3 CPU....probably do it later this year, and it'd probably be a 5900X/5950X.

Just in case you need people to tell you this a couple more times a couple different ways, the 5600X is a good CPU to pair with any current GPU. There is no bottleneck.

Granted I'm using a 1440p 165Hz G-sync display, so in most games I'm GPU limited, if I was using a 1080p display then that would be a different issue all together. 

i play games at 1080p with a i7 9700k and 3060ti my gpu is bottlnecked very bad im getting a ryzen 5 5600

This entirely depends on the game and the settings.  For example, if you're getting 300fps but Ryzen 7000 can get even 310fps that is a CPU bottleneck.
