Does anyone know if this is going to be a normal Windows 10 version functioning properly and 64 bit?

I am scared and really also don't want to go with like £100 from microsoft store

If it works then yes.

There is a risk that those codes sold separately dont work. They are a grey market.

Also for a grey market copy that is way too expensive. You should not pay more than 5 pounds to gamble. More like 2.50 pounds.

My experience is most of the time they work lets say about 65% of the time.

I cannot vouch for the website you're thinking about using, but I've used this website before without any issues (is also a sponsor of two reputable Tech Tubers;

Greg Salazar / Tech YES City):

https://www.vip-scdkey.com/software/microsoft-pc-10-pro-oem_1227-20.html

Use the code "SKGS" for an additional 25% discount or "BFTYC" for 30% off.

All it will give you is a key, a string of numbers and letters. It will either work or it wont, with the possibility that it may be de-activated at any time.

Windows will come from Microsoft's Website.
