VRM Temps Very High on Idle?

So I got the ROG STRIX B550-I today. I have been checking HWInfo and saw a very high VRM temperature at 81C. Is this a bad sensor or something is really wrong with my board? Also I get a weird error when launching HWINFO, added it to screenshots are below. My specs:

ASUS ROG STRIX B550-I

Ryzen 5 5600X

Noctua NH-U12S

Corsair RM750

Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB 3200Mhz Ram

EVGA RTX 3070 XC3

EDIT: TEMP2 sensor on HWINFO also reporting a very high of 82C too. The high temperatures alternates between sensors, TEMP2 then TEMP9.
