What are the most GPU intensive graphical settings in GTA V?

I have a very underpowered CPU with my Graphics card. My brother told me that he had higher framerates with some settings turned up, so the graphics card gets utilized more, but he can't remember what those settings were.

It's done during a period where Maxwell was top-dog in the GeForce stack, but the same applies to any newer graphics card. Grass and reflections are some of the bigger ones,
