That's a very generic name for a file and it is found in many softwares after all. We can't just upload a random hwid.bin file and expect it to work for your purpose.

Some anti-cheat systems generate this file,it's a unique hardware ID file,

You can get a HWID ban,which means that machine will be banned as long as the HWID is the same.
