Windows shows I have more drives plugged in than I do.

Rylyguy

I just installed windows to my 860 evo and it shows I have a D : E: F: and G: drive but I should only have two. Then if I click one of them it says to insert a disk into that drive. Why is it doing this.

You have hidden items turned on. To shut that off, at the top click "view", and then un-check the box next to hidden items.
