Help. Ryzen 3 3100 cooler

I recently bought the ryzen 3 3100 and I'm looking for a new cooler since the stock cooler is too loud for me. The temperature is around 75 at full load so I'm looking for a cooler that can have the same (or lower) temperature but it has to be more Silent. Any suggestions?

Anyway, where is it possible for you to buy coolers at a good price (since I think VAT is also a problem in Greece), is it on amazon.de? i can actually look for things in there assuming it is as I asked...
