both borderlands 2 and the pre sequel had already been made free a handful of months ago, so making borderlands 3 free as well just didnt.. seem right.

It's confirmed. All 5 of the first ones so far. My reasoning that a few of them could change is because the devs sometimes back out at the last minute. Wasn't it For The King devs that did this? And another few devs, can't remember them all.

i really did wish the list was true because of the fact that pc game pass is lacking a lot of the decent games that xbox game pass has, like borderlands 3, the Witcher 3, and Skyrim

Yeah but that list was too good to be true like sony will give us horizon zero dawn for free, also borderlands 3 isn't on the gamepass

Kind of disappointed with the selection, I was expecting more popular AAA titles, I mean I can't really complain, it's just free games, but still there aren't a lot of games here that really compare with other games they gave out like darksiders, just cause 4, kingdom come deliverance, layers of fear and so on

I dunno why people use Game Pass. For one, Game Pass is free. And two, I like to own my games forever, not constantly worry about being subscribed to something in order to play a game.

 

As for Borderlands 3, you do know it's just $9.79 via a free $10 Epic coupon right?

 

And as for Skyrim and The Witcher 3, they're constantly around just $11-$13, outside of Epic anyway. The Witcher 3 was actually $9.99 on GOG on the 16th and 17th of December the other day.

im like 62% sure it used to be on game pass, it was either that or the game was on sale on xbox, sometimes i manage to get the two mixed up.

I use gamepass a lot but probably makes more sense for me since I pay for ultimate to get xbl gold and gamepass (I own an xbox) Gamepass is really good if you want to try games want to support the creators buy the game
