As the title says. His computer is in a different room i believe and was wondering how he connects all his peripherals?

thunderbolt! fairly sure at one point he was running fibre optic thunderbolt and that's why he had a $700 motherboard.

Personal Rig Update 2015 Part 5 does a good job of explaining it. He's using Thunderbolt to get everything connected through one cable.
