PC freezes after failed AMD GPU driver Installation

Hello, a friend of mine tried to Install a new driver update for her AMD GPU. At about 50% of the installation process, she got a Bluescreen (she does not remember the Error code) and the computer rebooted. Since then, the the PC freezes after about 10 seconds on the Desktop. She was able to get to the Troubleshooting mode but i'm not able to help her anymore further. Can someone help us? (((I'm sorry for my bad english :3)))

Look at enabling VGA mode

Start in safe mode, use DDU to uninstall the drivers

Howto enable VGA-mode or safe-mode:

Use vga mode to remove drivers and reboot.

You can then safely install old known drivers that work

She booted the Computer in the VGA mode but the pc still freezes after few seconds completely after Login. Is there a other way to remove the VGA drivers?

Right click the start button choose device manager, under display adapters remove/uninstall the device.
