Motherboard stuck at error code "ad"

Hi,

My system is

Cpu: 5900x

Ram: 32 (16x2) Trident z neo

Psu: Corsair rm850x

Storage: Samsung 980 pro

Monitor: LG 27ul500

Gpu: Evga 3080 Ftw3 ultra

Os: windows 10 pro (64 bit)

This is my first build and the motherboard is showing error code "ad" with no video output. I've tried reinstalling the rams and gpu. I've tried both single slot and double slot switching the sticks. Reconnected all psu connections. Installed the m.2 in a different slot. So far nothing. I've installed Windows from a usb drive and installed other things on the ssd but when I turn the pc of and on again this same issue happens error code "ad". Please help me figure out what the issue is and how can I fix it. Thank you.

Look up the error code in your motherboard's manual.

I've done that. It says "ready to boot event". Couldn't find any useful information regarding this issue online thus the post here.

Can't see anywhere in your post if you've said you updated BIOS. Have you tried that?

Ok apologies for the following question but I have to make sure:

The monitor is plugged into the graphics card and not the motherboard yes?

Tried a different video cable?

Reset CMOS?
