Does the computer have any signs of turning on (fans spin, lights on, etc.)

does it boot loop (fans on, then off, then back on)

Which CPU and Motherboard exactly. Many boards nowadays have LEDs to indicate where the problem is

And OFC make sure you have everything plugged in.

Fans are weirdly set up the "x" is the way the air goes.

If you're going out the top of the chassis then you're good.

So does the ram light up or no? If not try one stick at a time. I had a dead ram stick out of a brand new kit before which caused me the same issue.

Also when booting are the lights on the side of the board sticking on any color?

So I tried the one ram at a time, both the skill tridents aren't lighting up and if you are asking if the motherboard sticks to one color, then it does not.

hmmm, I know it sucks but can you remove the cooler install one in A2 remount and try? If you put the stcks in B1 + B2 you will be in single channel anyway (not good).

I mean as post colors going to boot checking components as above.  As @jutrasmobile said, not a good thing to have it in single channel configuration. Also is it the photo or is the top of the DRAM slots down or up?

Looks up to me.

Did you mount the cooler correctly? Shouldn't the fans be blowing right to left? Then you can lift the fan and put RAM under it. No cooler should interfere with normal-height DIMMS.
