corsair virtuoso not charging or connecting to pc.

Hi, i need some help, my corsair virtuoso SE will not charge or turn on, but will have blinking red l ights when blugged into a type-c, it also will not connect to my pc it just says unavailible, i have tried firmware updates reinstalling icue i have tried re-pairing in usb mode but it gets stuck when pairing but nothing works. Im using windows 10, any help would be amazing. sorry if i havent provided enough info.

I am now facing the exact same problem.

The headset run out of charge, I plugged in today and now the same things happens like OP reported. Any ideas?

Well ill just post this here for anyone else that stumbles across this looking for a fix.

 

Plug everything in, (mine was plugged in and I would hear a electrical click form the headphones its fine there's power going to it.) Switch the headphones to wired hold the mute button on the mic dongle for 30 seconds the beeping should stop after about 15 seconds, keep holding until power starts up as normally should hear the chime and your good to go.
