Microsoft Store Won't Download Games

I purchased Forza Motosports 7 ultimate edition because it was on sale for 28$ and it won't let me install it. when I click the install button and select my drive it wont do anything. the things that i have tried to do have been listed below.

 

-Resetting Microsoft store

-using Microsoft Powershell

-Uninstalling and reinstalling microsoft store

-Resetting Windows 10

-wiping my drive and having a fresh install of windows 10

 

please ask as many questions and i have contacted microsoft support and that didnt help

It is possible the Store is a bit overwhelmed, I had this issue downloading World of Warships (it corrupted and had to re-install) and it took two days, I thought it was odd but it happens.

 

Does it show its downloading? or it just doesnt do anything?

no when i select  the drive and hit install nothing happens i can just keep clicking install and nothing

hmmm... ill think on this for a bit but lets see if anyone else has suggestions...
