Considering that you didn't mention the UPS's model, we have literally no way of knowing. Also, you could just check your UPS's manual!

Sorry im using awp aide 1000kva. Been searching for manual online and i havent found it

This may help get you in the right direction, you can call the customer service and they could help the best. I did not find a manual either.
