can some explain to me LLC and vcore?

So I updated my mobo bios and all my OC profile has been unfortunately erased. I haven't OCed for about 2 years so I do not remember the exact settings.

I am currently on Asus z390-i and a 8600k. I am currently at 4.7@1.37v at llc level 6. The temps are hitting 88C on prime 95 after 15mins and it plateaus there. I am using noctua u14s.

My question is, can I lower the vcore to 1.35ish?

The reason why I am saying this is because when I check HWinfo64, it tells me that my max vcore was 1.365. This is after closing prime 95 on and off (closed it with small fft,. large and blend) along with other applications. This leads me to believe that I can lower my vcore to perhaps 1.365 and get away with it.

My second question is will aggressive llc like level 7 help me get away with lower vcore? Since HWinfo indicates that my CPU's max vcore is 1.365, can I set my vcore to 1.35 and hope that an aggressive LLC will bring it down?

If what I am saying is completely off, please feel free to shed some light. thanks in advanced!

You can lower it until it becomes unstable. 8600k should do 4.7ghz at under 1.3V and most people can get 4.9ghz at 1.32V with that cpu.

well my actual goal is to hit 5.0ghz. can you tell me whether using HWinfo64's info is a good idea.
