Considering it's a new 5000 series processor unless you are buying one of the new x570 refresh boards that came out alongside this processor I would suggest any high end motherboard with BIOS flashback tool that allows for flashing the bios from USB without requiring a cpu. This is assuming you are buying online, as most of us are during these times. I believe there are a few options in your price range with that feature. You could also opt for B550, but I'm not sure why you would be cutting back PCI-e 4 lanes for the sake of budget after spending that kind of money on the cpu alone
