For the S20 FE, it will come with Exynos chipset no matter where you get it from, unless its the 5G model. Not all S20 FE has 5G support.

How about Sony Xperia 1 ii ?? has features from both of your choices

The S20 will receive better software support and generally has more stable software. LG is not known for their software features. The screen on the S20 is also amazingly better since Samsung makes the best OLEDs. Camera is also much better over LG in colour science and processing.

 

Whether possible slower processor and lack of headphone jack is acceptable is up to you.

Depends what market you're in for the S20. Also the "HiFi DAC" is just dumb:
