My CPU fan works and then stop working.

Hey! Time ago I noticed that my CPU fan starts when I run my pc, but after a while the fan stop working, and then, like 10-15 minutes (idk) it works again, idk if it's like a fan mode in the bios,or something like that, thanks! c:

It is **possible** that your BIOS is trying to ramp the fan down too low. 


each fan has a "minimum RPM" it can run at. sometimes, if the bios sets the speed at the lowest setting too low, it won't be able to start the motor, and the fan won't spin. this could be happening. the way to solve that is to go into BIOS and raise the minimum RPM to a higher value
