OneDrive Personal Vault 0x80070015

TAJ68PR

I get the error code 0x80070015 when I try to access the OneDrive Personal Vault using File Explorer. I contacted Microsoft and they just asked me what version of OneDrive and Windows I had then they told me it was going to take some time to update me on the problem then they just closed the case with out a solution. Does anyone have a clue what can be done to fix this? I've tried resetting, uninstalling and reinstalling, and disabling and reenabling OneDrive,  I also ran a virus scan and system file check. But nothing  helps..

Of quick glance, the error is linked to Windows Update. So thats first place to start.
