This is how you can make windows 7/10 look like windows XP

So first were gonna need some links:

Step1: https://uxthemepatcher.com/, Ux theme patcher basically patches windows and alows you to download 3rd party themes

Step2:Open-Shell Open shell alows you to customize your start menu to your hearts content, With its seamlessly endless customization.

Step3:Windows XP Taskbar, with this you can get the nice classic taskbar feel

step4:CustomizerGod customizer god allows you to edit icons on your desktop

step5:Windows XP shell32.dll Icons, with this you can get the nice old windows xp icons

Step6:Classic Shell • View topic - Windows XP Style Button com, you can achieve the nice windows xp start button

Step7:WinRAR, win rar is crucial to have when you are working with these

probably not, windows 1.0,2.0 and 3.0 use  very different kernels than the other windows versions, the oldest os you can replicate is windows 95.

You forgot about Windows 8.1 It can be modified to look alike Windows XP Download This theme
and read readme and do the steps what  are described there. (I followed them only without installing glass8)
If you want to install WMP 10 read this  and follow the steps what described there, WMP 10 can be downloaded here

Do it the easy way and go to https://geekprank.com/ and hit the F11 key. Then you will have a windows XP desktop on ANY browser. (Just kidding listen to the smart people up above if you really want a winXP desktop)
