Minecraft Launcher + Geforce Experience are just grey, I can click on stuff but I cant see anything. Graphics card/driver issue?

Whenever I open GeForce Experience it is either just a grey/black border with nothing inside or its just all grey/black. This also happens to the Minecraft launcher, its just solid grey.

I am able to launch Minecraft by just guessing where the play button is and trying to click it.

 

 

 

This is a "new to me" laptop. Its a dell latitude e something model. 

Specs: i7-2760Qm, NVS 4200M, 8gb ram

I already did. It was on a version from 2016 and i downloaded the 390 version from 2018

No I just installed the new driver.

Oh i actually just found this newer version https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/160354/en-us 

Ill give that a try first
