Dell P2319H vs U2419H

My friend has a U2419H and it looks really good. it's sharp. But right now it's out of stock and the store only has the P2319H. I don't care that it's 1 inch smaller. My question is about the quality itself. The U is the "UltraSharp". But does it really mean it's sharper than the P series or it's about other specs that makes it more expensive? I just want it to be as sharp and crisp as the U2419H.
