Which fan for Synology RS2418+

Hello,

we want to Upgrade a Synology RS2418+ but dont have direct access at the moment. Which Fan will be suitable for this NAS?
We want to use Noctua Fans but we aren´t shure if it uses PWM (4Pin) or FLX (3Pin) Fans.

Can anyone help us out?

Looks like a fan that has three cables, but I am unsure if it's the same sort of connector as a 'normal' fan.

 

Personally I can't recommend going for a replacement fan that isn't specifically suited for the NAS, as it can have different characteristics the NAS is not prepared for. Do it at your own risk, or not at all.
