You don't need a 3070 for school, you just want a 3070. Stop being such a spoiled brat: everyone else has a budget as well and everyone else has to wait for the cards just as you. There is no magic way of getting one quick without spending a lot more money.

I'd recommend something used until you can get a 3070.

Used 600/700 series card for like $50 on eBay.

They are solid cards for distance learning.

B550-boards do support Ryzen 3000-series CPUs, so yes, it actually does support cheap CPUs.

Get a Gt 710 temporarily so you can use your computer for school. And use that until the 3070 comes back in stock.
