VGA/Boot lights on for seconds when I turn my tower on

When I turn on the tower, the VGA light turns on for a few seconds, turns on, and then the boot light turns on and turns off after a few seconds also. Should I be concerned about this?

As long as it boots, sounds normal (or at least my mobo lights them up while posting)

That’s just it going through the POST sequence. If it hangs on one of the lights, that’s how you know that’s what’s causing it to not fully POST.

The cpu light turns on as soon as I start up the tower and takes a few seconds to go away. It skips the next light and goes to VGA which stays on for a little longer then turns off. And sometimes the boot light will turn on but on for like half a second. But sometimes the boot light doesn't turn on

As long as its booting, its fine. The lights are just for to help you debug if there is an issue.
