PC parts list for a friend

Budget (including currency): under $650 US

Country: US

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Minecraft, Fortnite, Other E-sports games.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): 

I wanted the community to comment on this parts list I made for a friend.

He does not plan on super intensive games but would like to play at low-med/competitive settings at 60fps or greater.

I have chosen the parts in the parts list below because of his preferences and what seems to be available at as close to launch price and has reasonable stock.

This build would have Ryzen but budget ryzen stock seems to be non-existent and intel doesn't require fast (More Expensive) ram.

He wants RGB so anything RGB must stay or be replaced with something with the same amount.

use stock cooler for now, upgrade later tp a hyper 212 RGB

get a 1tb ssd now, add a hdd later if needed.

a 1660 is a significant upgrade over the 570.

i've also added a much better psu.

I've changed the case fan, the F fans from arctic are meant for case flow, the P fans are meant for pressure through a radiator

Check this one, 39 cents but extra 2 cores, faster cpu, and also bigger case for upgrading later down the line
