ASUS Rog Phone 2 VOLTE

Hi folks,

 

I'm curious if anybody has VOLTE (Voice over LTE) Support working on their Rog Phone 2? 

It seems to me that Asus somehow forgot about it, because it's at my home country (Germany) currently not available. My phone is always on the most recent update, but there is no real solution visible on the horizon. If I try the same SIM in another phone, it works. This is a huge deal breaker for me, because the 2G/3G networks are getting phased out in the next month's. 

I noticed it only because the call reliability is horrible even on full 4G.

 

I hope Asus adds this feature, even my age old nexus 5 had VOLTE active everywhere. Considering that the Rog phone is an expensive flagship, this is imho not acceptable 😅

It would have to be a supported phone by your carrier. Your device and carrier have to support each other. 

I'm not actually trying to be as grumpy as it seems.

I will find your mentions of Ikea or Gnome and I will /s post.
