On which motherboard should I install Xeon E3-1230 v2 on?

I have 2 old h61 motherboards: 

1) Intel DH61WW

2) Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3 (rev. 1.0)

 

Is there any advantages for installing the Xeon on one over the other? I think the only difference is that the Intel supports 1600Mhz RAM (I have 1333Mhz anyway)
