Only Office started up on Windows 10, need help asap

Hello guys!

My girlfriend's laptop did something very strange this morning. When she turned it on, only a Microsoft Office showed up, and not in a regular way. It looks like something when you install win 10, but with office. She can't do anything and she has to study. Restarts doesn't solve anything, and I'm far away to identify the problem. I attached some pictures of it, i know it is bad quallity but this is the best she could send me. Please consider that she is not the best with computers.

 

I would really need your help, I woudl appreciate it very much!

lol have you tried esc + shift + ctrl? aka task manager? Try ctrl + alt + del and restart PC to restart and close all open programs.
